We require 3 staged payments:

• 50% deposit
• 25% payment ahead of delivery
• 25% final payment following installation

The colours available on our products come from the RAL Classic range:

Standard colours:

• RAL7016 Anthracite Grey
• RAL9005 Jet Black
• RAL9016 Traffic White

All other RAL colours are available at extra cost.

Lead times vary depending on product, but most ranges and standard colours are available within 3 to 4 weeks.

Our products are supplied with a 10 year manufacturer's guarantee.

A U-Value measures how well an element of a building, such as a wall, roof, window or door conducts heat, i.e. how quickly heat can be lost. The lower the U Value, the better at holding in heat.

U Values are calculated in Watts per square meter per Kelvin (W/m2K).

Building regulations dictate the maximum value that building elements are allowed. For glazed products these are as follows:

• 1.6W(/m2K) for windows in a new dwelling.
• 2.2 W(/m2K) for Rooflights in a new dwelling.
• 1.4W(/m2K) for windows in an existing dwelling.
• 2.2 W(/m2K) for Rooflights in an existing dwelling.

All products offered by Glazing Solutions Essex will be compliant with Building Regulations.

Glazing Solutions Essex take responsibility for the site measurement and sizing of any windows, doors or rooflights that you order through us. We will visit your property to carry out a survey before ordering. If you are busy at work during the week, then we are more than happy to visit at weekends.
